Columbia County purchased its first 5 Battery Electric Vehicles using two NYSERDA CEC grants awarded due to completing a pair of CEC High Priority Actions. The grants covered the full cost of these vehicles. This qualifies us for 5 points in the CSC program. In order to qualify for an additional 2 points the county would have to deploy at least one additional advanced vehicle.
