Capital Region Climate Action Plan
The Capital District Regional Planning Commission (CDRPC) is in the process of developing a climate action plan for the Capital Region. In March 2024 a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) was completed. The next phase is the development of a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP), to be completed in September 2025.
This Climate Action Plan is being developed through a newly formed Climate Action Collaborative that includes a consortium of regional agencies, partner organizations, and municipal climate action leaders covering Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Columbia, Warren, Washington, and Greene Counties.
CDRPC has asked Columbia County and its municipalities to provide feedback on the
initial list of mitigation measures identified in the draft CCAP.

You can use this Google Spreadsheet to view the mitigation measures and leave your comments:
There is a column for comments under each "sector" tab. You can add more comments by using additional columns to the right of each measure.
